1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk222 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and customer support made available through pk222.bar. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk222 ("the Company"). By creating an account, logging in, or making a deposit, you irrevocably accept these Terms in full.

pk222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of pk222 following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on pk222, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using pk222.
• You are registering as an individual using your own personal details, not acting on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You do not already hold an existing active account with pk222. Only one account per player is permitted.
• You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information and agree to maintain its accuracy throughout your membership.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

As part of pk222's commitment to fair play and security, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be requested to provide:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement from bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account statement showing your registered mobile number.
• Any additional documentation that pk222 deems necessary for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pk222 supports a range of secure payment methods trusted by Bangladeshi users. Accepted deposit and withdrawal options include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for anti-money-laundering compliance.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours, subject to identity verification and internal review.
• pk222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal if the transaction is flagged for review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk222 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the individual offer. The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account, after which any unclaimed bonus will expire automatically.

pk222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute over the terms of a promotion, the decision of pk222 shall be final. Bonuses are limited to one per household and one per IP address unless stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk222 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting), sharing accounts, or allowing a third party to use your registered account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk222 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, design elements, and user interface layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk222 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of pk222.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk222 solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised use of pk222's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

pk222 is committed to protecting the privacy of its players. We collect, store, and process personal data only as necessary to provide our services and in compliance with applicable data protection principles. The following data categories may be collected:

• Registration data: name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and residential address.

9. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendments and Termination

pk222 reserves the right to suspend, close, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion if it determines that these Terms have been breached, or if continued account activity poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties. In cases of account termination due to fraud or terms violation, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting pk222 customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course, provided identity verification requirements have been met.
